Bij Concept Factory in Herentals ontwerpen, engineeren en bouwen ze decors voor televisieprogramma's, festivals, belevingscentra, musea, pretparken en internationale merkactivaties. Geen seriewerk of standaardprojecten: elk idee wordt hier volledig in eigen huis uitgewerkt van de eerste schets tot de uiteindelijke realisatie. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus, snelgroeiend bedrijf met een modern atelier vol CNC-machines, robotisering en 3D-printers.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Technisch Ontwerper & Productie Engineer

  • Engineering & Tekenwerk: Je vertaalt concepten en 3D-ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde technische productietekeningen en plannen voor hout-, metaal- en kunststofconstructies.
  • CNC & Robotica: Je zet tekeningen om naar productieklare CNC-bestanden, programmeert de machines, plant de CNC-productie in en ondersteunt de robottoepassingen.
  • Werkvoorbereiding: Je stelt nauwkeurige materiaallijsten, zaaglijsten en nestingplannen op en bepaalt de meest efficiënte productiemethode.
  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je beheert de interne overzichten en planningen met alle benodigde tekeningen voor de projectleiders.
  • Atelierondersteuning & Innovatie: Je helpt het atelier bij technische vraagstukken op de vloer, bewaakt de kwaliteit en denkt actief mee over de verdere automatisering van de productieprocessen.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als technisch ontwerper, CAD-tekenaar, productie engineer of werkvoorbereider.
  • Ervaring binnen decorbouw, standbouw, televisie, festivals, evenementen of tijdelijke constructies is een absolute vereiste.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Rhino, AutoCAD en Fusion 360 én ervaring met CNC-programmering. Ervaring met CAM-software, SketchUp of robotsturing is een grote plus.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van materialen (hout, metaal, kunststof) en een sterk ruimtelijk en technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en bent een echte probleemoplosser die meerdere projecten tegelijk kan bolwerken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en bent bereid om dagelijks op locatie in Herentals te werken (thuiswerk is niet mogelijk).
