Functie

Je test, evalueert en debugt onze elektronische producten binnen de R&D-afdeling. Je werkt op basis

van productspecificaties en input van de R&D-engineers en rapporteert aan de projectmanagers.

Je bouwt proefopstellingen, voert metingen en testen uit en legt de resultaten nauwkeurig vast. Je

koppelt je bevindingen terug aan de engineers, denkt mee over de oorzaak van afwijkingen en doet

concrete voorstellen voor verbetering.

Jouw testresultaten vormen een belangrijke onderbouwing voor de beslissing om een product vrij te

geven.

Taken

• Je bereidt testen voor op basis van productspecificaties en de input van de R&D-engineers.

• Je ontwerpt en bouwt, waar nodig samen met de engineers, proefopstellingen om onze producten

onder realistische omstandigheden te belasten.

• Je voert functionele en elektrische testen uit op printplaten, modules en afgewerkte producten.

• Je test de DuraCloud-app in combinatie met onze producten en controleert of de communicatie en

werking tussen app, cloud en toestel correct verlopen.

• Je legt meetwaarden, afwijkingen, foto's en conclusies vast in heldere en gestructureerde

testrapporten.

• Je registreert bevindingen in Jira, volgt issues op en voert na een aanpassing of fix een hertest uit.

• Je reproduceert en debugt defecten en storingen, onderzoekt mee de grondoorzaak en reikt mogelijke

oplossingen aan.

• Je geeft feedback over de testbaarheid van ontwerpen en doet praktische voorstellen om producten

en testmethodes te verbeteren.

• Naarmate je ervaring groeit, stel je zelfstandig testplannen en testprocedures op.

• Je hebt een A2, graduaat of bachelordiploma in elektronica, elektromechanica of automatisering, of

gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

• Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een testomgeving of technische supportomgeving met

elektronische producten.

• Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis elektronica: je kunt schema's en datasheets lezen en begrijpt

hoe een elektronische schakeling in grote lijnen werkt.

• Je werkt zelfstandig met een multimeter, labovoeding en elektronische belasting en kunt zelf een

meetopstelling bekabelen.

• Je voelt je comfortabel bij het testen van zowel hardware als software, inclusief mobiele en

webapplicaties.

• Je kunt technische testresultaten helder, gestructureerd en begrijpelijk rapporteren.

• Ervaring met een issue tracker zoals Jira en met gestructureerde documentatie is een plus.

• Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt voldoende kennis van het Engels om technische

documentatie te lezen en op te stellen.

• Je werkt veilig en volgt de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften bij elektrische installaties strikt op.
