Als Technisch Vastgoedbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van woningcomplexen. Naast je goede bouwkundige kennis, is communicatie en project matig werken een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie. Dit is wat je o.a. doet: • Je stelt meerjaren onderhoudsbegrotingen op; • Je onderhoudt contacten met investeerders, huurders en leveranciers; • Je verstrekt onderhoudsopdrachten aan leveranciers; • Je geeft uitvoering aan begrotingen, vraagt offertes aan en beoordeelt deze; • Je draagt zorg voor het aanbesteden en tot uitvoering brengen van de gebudgetteerde werkzaamheden; • Je inspecteert en beoordeelt wooncomplexen; • Je stuurt aannemers aan en onderhoudt de contacten; • Je informeert huurders over storingen, klachten en inspecties; • Je ondersteunt bij grotere projecten en renovaties. Dit is wie jij bent: • Communicatief vaardig en staat stevig in je schoenen; • Technisch aangelegd en altijd op zoek naar slimme en accurate oplossingen; • Ondernemend en je hebt altijd ideeën ter verbetering; • Gefocust op kwaliteit en een hospitality houding. We are the perfect match als jij: • Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring hebt in een soortgelijke functie; • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau hebt in de richting van bouwkunde; • De Nederlandse én Engelse taal goed beheerst...
