Wij exploiteren commercieel vastgoed op de Nederlandse en Belgische markt. In de loop der jaren hebben we een omvangrijke en stabiele portefeuille opgebouwd. Deze bestaat uit winkelpanden, kantoren, woningen, bedrijfs- en logistieke ruimten, met de absolute nadruk op bedrijfsmatig vastgoed. Voor het beheer van onze vastgoedportefeuille, verspreid over heel Nederland, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige Technisch Vastgoedbeheerder voor 38 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Vastgoedbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en praktisch beheer van een deel van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je bent regelmatig op locatie en hebt contact met huurders, aannemers, installateurs en andere betrokken partijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Begeleiden van bouwkundig, elektrotechnisch en werktuigbouwkundig onderhoud; • Uitvoeren van inspecties en controles van panden, zowel binnen als buiten; • Plannen en begeleiden van (groot)onderhoud; • Opvragen en inhoudelijk beoordelen van offertes; • Begeleiden van check-in- en check-outinspecties bij huurwisselingen; • Contact onderhouden met huurders over klein onderhoud en technische zaken; • Begeleiden van verbouwingen en renovaties; • Signaleren van mogelijkheden voor verduurzaming; • Controleren van inhoudelijke en technische aspecten van huurovereenkomsten; • Begeleiden van vergunningtrajecten; • Bewaken en opvolgen van verplichte keuringen, registraties en certificeringen; • Signaleren van kansen en ontwikkelingen binnen en rondom onze vas...
