Als Technisch Werkvoorbereider Bouw krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch uitstekend voorbereid zijn. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het succes van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten door jouw expertise in te zetten bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering. Het is een uitdagende functie waarbij je nauw betrokken bent bij het gehele proces, van de eerste technische uitwerking tot de uiteindelijke realisatie op de bouwplaats. Je krijgt de kans om je bouwkundige kennis dagelijks in de praktijk te brengen en bij te dragen aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige resultaten. Met jouw oog voor detail en organisatorisch talent zorg je ervoor dat elk project soepel verloopt en aan alle verwachtingen voldoet.Over de functieAls Technisch Werkvoorbereider zorg je ervoor dat bouwprojecten in de regio Drechtsteden goed voorbereid zijn en efficiënt uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Je verdiept je in de bouwkundige details, bepaalt welke materialen nodig zijn en zorgt dat leveranciers en onderaannemers precies weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Je begeleidt verschillende projecten zelfstandig en houdt daarbij nauwgezet overzicht over de planning, de voortgang en de kwaliteit. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de bouwplaatsen om technische vraagstukken te bespreken en feeling te houden met de uitvoering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch voorbereiden en begeleiden van diverse projecten, het beoordelen van bouwkundige details, het inkopen van materialen en het meedenken over praktische oplossingen op locatie.Wat we bieden- Salaris van €4.000 tot €5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
