The posting

De functie heeft twee hoofdcomponenten:

  1. Verkoop en commerciële uitbouw van onze machines in de BeNeLux, met sterke focus op marktgroei in Nederland (grootste expansiepotentieel).
  2. Installatie, onderhoud en technische ondersteuning van bestaande toestellen in België en Nederland.

Het doel van deze rol is dus marktaandeel vergroten én uptime garanderen — van demo tot installatie, tot ondersteuning en opvolging.

HOOFDBLOK 1 – Verkoop & commerciële groei (BeNeLux → focus NL)

  • Actieve prospectie met nadruk op Nederland als groeiregio.
  • Commerciële demonstraties en technisch onderbouwde presentaties.
  • Onderhandelingen en verkooptrajecten begeleiden tot de closing.
  • Marktanalyse uitvoeren: installaties, concurrenten, tendensen.
  • Follow-up bij bestaande klanten en detecteren van upsell-mogelijkheden.
  • Deelname aan beurzen, bezoeken, testopstellingen en demo-draaien.

HOOFDBLOK 2 – Installatie, support & technisch onderhoud

  • Installatie en ingebruikname van machines bij klanten.
  • Preventief onderhoud en herstellingen met minimale downtime.
  • Telefonische troubleshooting; indien nodig → on-site interventie.
  • Administratieve verwerking van service-orders in SAP.
  • Documentatie van onderhoud, interventies & onderdelenverbruik.
  • Adviseren rond verbeteringen, parameters & optimalisaties.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je denkt niet alleen na, je voert uit.
  • Flexibel in planning en bereid om regelmatig in Nederland te werken.
  • Klantgericht en professioneel — je bent het technisch gezicht van het bedrijf.
  • Stressbestendig en comfortabel met prioriteiten die snel kunnen wisselen.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel: als jij een machine oplevert, draait ze goed.
  • Nauwkeurig in rapportering (SAP, werkuren, onderdelen).
  • Veiligheidsbewust: werkt volgens voorschriften, instructies en logische risico-analyse.
  • Rijbewijs B (vereist voor verplaatsingen binnen BeNeLux).
  • Leergierig — bereid om systemen volledig onder de knie te krijgen.
