Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Technische_r Applikationsspezialist_in (w/m/d) Vollzeit, Wien 1030

Deine Rollen bei x-tention.

* Technische Umsetzung und Begleitung der Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Vivendi-Applikation bei unseren Kunden

* Analyse, Abstimmung und Definition der notwendigen Infrastruktur (Server, Storage, Performance-Anforderungen)

* Klärung und Spezifikation von netzwerktechnischen Voraussetzungen (Ports, Firewalls, Routing, NAT)

* Integration der Applikation in bestehende IT- und Systemlandschaften beim Kunden

* Durchführung von technischen Abstimmungen mit IT-Abteilungen, Infrastrukturteams und externen Partnern

* Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting bei Installations-, Infrastruktur- und Laufzeitproblemen

* Mitwirkung bei Systemtests und Go-Live-Vorbereitungen

* Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen (Setups, Konfigurationen, Betriebsgrundlagen)

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen.

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH, Lehre) oder vergleichbare berufliche Erfahrung

* Fundiertes Verständnis von Microsoft Windows-Systemlandschaften (Client/Server)

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft SQL Server und/oder PostgreSQL

* Praxis im Umgang mit Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services)

* Kenntnisse im Zertifikatsmanagement (SSL/TLS)

* Erfahrung mit Remote-Zugriffen und Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. Citrix, Remote Desktop Services)

* Analytische und strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei technischen Problemstellungen

* Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht mit unseren Kunden abzustimmen

Dein Bruttogehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag bewegt sich zwischen € 3.500,- und € 4.500,-. Eine Gehaltsanpassung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgesehen.
