Die IBC Solar Austria GmbH wurde im Januar 2025 gegründet und ist ein dynamisches Tochterunternehmen der traditionsreichen IBC Solar AG mit Sitz in Deutschland. Unser Firmensitz ist in Wien, jedoch arbeitet unser Team überwiegend regional aus dem Homeoffice. Wir sind Spezialisten im B2B-Großhandel für erneuerbare Energien (Photovoltaik) in ganz Österreich.

Neben innovativen Eigenmarken bieten wir hochwertige, hauseigene Lösungen für Unterkonstruktionen (Schräg-/Flachdächer, Fassaden, Gründächer) sowie maßgeschneiderte Software-Planungs-Tools für statische Berechnungen nach gesetzlichen Normen.

Wir suchen 1 Technische_r Berater_in / Anwendungstechniker_in für PV-Systeme Ihr Aufgabengebiet - Vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich

* Fachberatung auf Augenhöhe: Sie erklären und präsentieren unsere PV-Produkte und Systemlösungen kompetent und praxisnah gegenüber Fachbetrieben und Handwerkern.

* Technische Projektplanung: Mittels unseres hauseigenen Planungs-Tools (PV-Manager) erstellen Sie eigenständig technische Auslegungen für individuelle Kund_innenprojekte.

* Vertriebsunterstützung vor Ort: Sie sind an 3 bis 4 Tagen pro Woche im Außendienst aktiv und unterstützen den Vertrieb direkt in Ihrer Region (Schwerpunkt Oberösterreich).

* Netzwerken & Präsenz: Sie vertreten unser Unternehmen aktiv auf Messen, Branchenevents und Kund_innenveranstaltungen.

Das bringen Sie mit - Handwerk & Kommunikationsstärke

* Fundierte Branchenpraxis: Sie verfügen über langjährige Berufserfahrung (> 10 Jahre) im Bereich Dach, Wand oder Fassade - idealerweise kommen Sie selbst direkt aus dem Handwerk.

* PV-Know-how: Praktische Erfahrung mit der Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen auf Schräg- und Flachdächern ist ein klares Plus.

* IT-Affinität: Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, da die tägliche Arbeit mit unserem digitalen Planungs-Tool ein zentraler Bestandteil ist.

* Persönlichkeit & Mobilität: Sie besitzen eine hohe Reisebereitschaft, sind kommunikativ, gehen offen auf Menschen zu und sind im Raum Oberösterreich (z. B. Linz, Wels) ansässig.

Vergütung & Rechtliches (Österreich-Standard)

Die GmbH unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte und Lehrlinge im Handel. Da uns Ihre Qualifikation und Ihre langjährige Erfahrung wichtig sind, bieten wir eine marktkonforme Überzahlung. Für diese Position ist ein tatsächliches Jahresbruttogehalt von ca. € 50.000,- bis € 60.000,- (auf Vollzeitbasis) vorgesehen, abhängig von Ihren konkreten Qualifikationen und Vorkenntnissen.
