WIR SUCHEN

Für ein etabliertes Maschinenbauunternehmen in Linz suchen wir: 1 Technische_r Projektleiter_in Schiffbau Arbeitsort: 4020 Linz

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Entlohnung: ab € 4.200 brutto/Monat mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden und Projekte im Bereich Schiffbau

* Technische und kaufmännische Prüfung sowie Klärung von Kundenaufträgen

* Planung, Terminierung und Koordination der Projekte mit Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage

* Steuerung der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung - vom Auftragseingang bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe

* Überwachung von Projektfortschritt, Terminen und Kosten sowie Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung

* Erstellung von Abrechnungen und Projektdokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Projektübergaben und Abschlussgesprächen

* Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen und technischen Kundenanliegen

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe und Prozesse

* Gelegentliche Dienstreisen für Kundentermine, technische Abstimmungen und Projektübergaben vor Ort

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU oder vergleichbar), idealerweise Maschinenbau, Schiffbau oder Anlagenbau

* Berufserfahrung in der technischen Projektabwicklung bzw. Projektleitung

* Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie kaufmännisches und kostenbewusstes Denken

* Erfahrung in der Koordination von Kundenprojekten und unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Versierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Kommunikative, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell
