Wir suchen Sie als 1 Technische/r Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in im Innendienst DAS ERWARTET SIE:

In dieser vielseitigen Position unterstützen Sie unseren Vertrieb bei der Betreuung von Kunden und

Projekten und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Auftragsabwicklung. Sie erstellen Angebote,

koordinieren Kundenaufträge, begleiten den Prozess bis zur Auslieferung und sorgen dafür, dass

Serviceeinsätze vollständig dokumentiert und korrekt abgerechnet werden.

Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Aufgaben in der Lagerverwaltung und in der Nachkalkulation.

Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Service und Logistik zusammen und tragen dazu bei, dass unsere

Abläufe zuverlässig, transparent und kundenorientiert funktionieren.

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung

im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder im technischen Service

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Geräten, Software und Serviceleistungen

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse/Erfahrung mit ERP-System von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Wohnort Bezirk Ried im Innkreis oder Umgebung

* Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
