The posting

Als technisch tekenaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en tekenen van technische plannen en detailtekeningen van meubelonderdelen(kasten, meubels, interieurelementen).

Je werkt nauw samen met onze klanten (schrijnwerkers, architecten, projectleiders) en onze eigen productiemedewerkers om de vertaalslag te maken van ontwerp naar maakbare, efficiënte en nauwkeurige productietekeningen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alle tekeningen voldoen aan de zowel de vereisten van de klant als onze kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Daarnaast sta je ook in contact met de productie om te zorgen dat jouw project gerealiseerd wordt.

Omdat je een belangrijke schakel bent tussen onze klanten en onze productie-omgeving zoeken we iemand die voltijds aan de slag wilt.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden

· Na goedkeuring offerte voert de tekenaar besprekingen met de klant om alle info te vergaren zodat de productie-tekeningen opgemaakt kunnen worden.

· Communiceren met ontwerpers, projectleiders en andere betrokkenen om technische oplossingen te bespreken en te optimaliseren. Dit kan via telefoon, mail of fysiek afspreken.

· Opstellen van technische tekeningen en productietekeningen aan de hand van ontwerp- en klantgegevens.

· Aanpassen van de offerte indien er wijzigingen gevraagd worden.

· Uitwerken van detailtekeningen, zaaglijsten en stuklijsten voor productie en montage.

· Controleren en aanpassen van tekeningen op basis van feedback van productie of klant.

· Bewaken van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van alle technische documenten.

· Gebruik maken van CAD-software (SketchUp en Korpus) voor het creëren en beheren van tekeningen.

· Opvolgen van wijzigingen en versiebeheer van technische dossiers.

· Ondersteunen van de productieafdeling bij technische vragen of problemen.

· Benodigd materiaal oplijsten of bestellen (plaatmateriaal, kantenband, beslag,…)

· Project productieklaar (in te plannen) zetten.

Extra verantwoordelijkheden

· Systemen opstellen ivm CNC’s (aanmaken beslag, freesbanen instellen,…)

· Technisch beslag uitwerken in Korpus zodat dit geproduceerd kan worden.

· Onderhouden en perfectioneren bibliotheek Korpus.

We zoeken een technisch profiel met oog voor detail. Jij denkt mee over de technische uitvoering van het project, constructief maar ook met het ontwerp voor ogen.

Idealiter heb je een opleiding productontwikkeling gevolgd, of heb je voldoende ervaring in de wereld van de interieurbouw en wil je dit graag iets meer technisch aanpakken.

Wij tekenen in Korpus (Vlecad), ervaring met deze software is zeker een voordeel.
