Technology Owner & Product Owner Security

En tant que Technology Owner / Product Owner Security, vous pilotez l'évolution de nos solutions de cybersécurité et donnez une direction claire à nos produits. Vous combinez vision stratégique, expertise technique et coordination des partenaires pour garantir des solutions robustes, résilientes et adaptées aux enjeux de demain.

En tant que Technology Owner & Product Owner Security, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la définition, l’évolution et la sécurisation de l’écosystème IT d’ASTRID :

  • Vous définissez les exigences de sécurité et veillez à leur intégration dans les nouveaux projets et systèmes IT.
  • Vous traduisez les politiques de sécurité en mesures opérationnelles adaptées aux environnements on-premise, cloud privé et cloud public.
  • Vous pilotez la qualité des services de sécurité fournis dans un contexte Managed Services, notamment avec notre CyberSOC et nos partenaires externes.
  • Vous challengez et validez les recommandations techniques des fournisseurs et contribuez à la définition des exigences des marchés publics.
  • Vous apportez votre expertise sécurité dans les projets IT et accompagnez les équipes ASTRID dans la réalisation de leurs projets.

Ce que cette fonction vous permet d'accomplir :

Piloter la stratégie de vos produits et services Vous définissez et faites évoluer la roadmap de vos produits et services en intégrant les évolutions technologiques et les besoins métiers.

Conduire des évolutions à fort impact Vous pilotez les initiatives d'évolution de vos produits afin d'assurer leur pertinence, leur performance et leur adéquation avec les attentes des utilisateurs et les avancées technologiques. Vous coordonnez les différentes parties prenantes pour mener ces projets à bien.

Contribuer aux décisions stratégiques et financières Vous participez à la planification financière de votre portefeuille de produits en tenant compte de leur cycle de vie. Vous assurez le suivi des coûts d'exploitation et d'évolution, identifiez les leviers d'optimisation et contribuez aux arbitrages permettant de concilier performance, qualité de service et maîtrise des coûts.

  • Un diplôme de niveau bachelier (minimum) en informatique, cybersécurité, Information Security, Intelligence & Security Management ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de partenaires externes dans un environnement Managed Services. Une expérience avec des fournisseurs de services CyberSOC constitue un réel atout.
  • Une expérience de la gestion de projets, avec une bonne maîtrise d'une méthodologie telle que PMBOK, PRINCE2 ou AgilePM.
  • Une solide compréhension des infrastructures IT (systèmes, réseaux et applications) ainsi que des enjeux de cybersécurité. Une connaissance de solutions telles que Check Point, Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ESA, Microsoft 365 E5 Security, CyberArk, Cisco ACI/SDA ou Infoblox est appréciée.
  • La capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés (équipes internes, intégrateurs, fournisseurs, clients) et à évoluer sereinement dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Un esprit d'initiative, de la curiosité technique et l'envie de rester à la pointe des évolutions en matière de cybersécurité.
  • Une bonne connaissance d'ITIL.
  • Une connaissance passive du néerlandais ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais technique.
