Empresa de apartamentos turísticos en Málaga, tiene una vacante disponible para Técnico de Mantenimiento y Control de Calidad.

Se trata de un operador de Apartamentos y Viviendas Turísticas dedicados a la prestación de servicios relacionados con el Turismo, Alojamientos Turísticos, y estancias de corta estancia.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO • Mantener las instalaciones en correcto funcionamiento. • Llevar a cabo las pruebas necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y eficaz de las instalaciones. • Ejecutar la planificación de mantenimiento anual de instalaciones y equipamientos. • Realizar controles de Calidad y asegurar su nivel de forma consistente. • Instalar y mantener los dispositivos específicos de producción de personas y bienes. • Cuidar y efectuar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y bienes. • Seguir los indicadores de gestión y de calidad- ambientales del área de mantenimiento. • Anotar las acciones preventivas llevadas a cabo diariamente en los formularios de mantenimiento. • Solucionar problemas relativos al funcionamiento y conservación de los equipos e instalaciones. • Anotar las acciones correctivas llevadas a cabo diariamente y llevar su seguimiento. • Proponer mejoras a los procedimientos de mantenimiento y la buena coordinación con otros departamentos.

REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO • Estudios Mínimos: FP Grado Medio de Electricidad y/o Frigorista • Experiencia: 2 años en puesto similar • Conocimientos en albañilería, pintura, fontanería y electricidad.
