Voor onze locatie in Middenmeer (NH) zoeken we een ervaren Teeltspecialist die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het teeltproces. Jij weet wat een gewas nodig heeft, houdt de ontwikkeling nauwlettend in de gaten en stuurt bij op basis van jouw kennis, ervaring én data. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en jouw visie op de teelt toe te passen. Tegelijkertijd sta je er niet alleen voor: je werkt nauw samen met collega-specialisten, het management en andere experts binnen 4evergreen. Zo combineren we jouw vakmanschap met de kennis en mogelijkheden van een grote, innovatieve organisatie. Wat ga je doen als Teeltspecialist? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het teeltproces, van klimaat en watergift tot gewasgezondheid - Je volgt de ontwikkeling van het gewas nauwkeurig en stuurt bij waar nodig - Je analyseert teeltdata en vertaalt deze naar concrete keuzes en teeltstrategieën - Je signaleert kansen en verbeterpunten en zet deze om in actie - Je denkt mee over en werkt aan duurzame en innovatieve teeltmethodes - Je spart met collega-specialisten en het management over de teelt en verdere ontwikkeling - Waar nodig begeleid en coach je collega's of minder ervaren teeltspecialisten Wat heb je nodig voor deze functie? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die het teeltvak kent en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, dus we vinden het belangrijk dat je beschikt over voldoende kennis en ervaring om daarin je eigen keuzes te maken. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de glastuinbouw - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Plantenteelt, Tuinbouw of Agronomie - Kennis van moderne teelttechnieken en datagedreven sturen, of de motivatie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen - Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en innovatie...
