Als Tekenaar/Modelleur in Amsterdam vertaal je met Revit en AutoCAD bestaande situaties naar betrouwbare 2D- en 3D-modellen. Je werkt aan vastgoedprojecten die bijdragen aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en verduurzaming. Je combineert bouwkundige kennis met creativiteit, initiatief en grote nauwkeurigheid. Op locatie verzamel je gegevens; op kantoor werk je deze uit tot heldere tekeningen en modellen. Je stemt af met architecten, constructeurs en aannemers, overtuigt met inhoudelijke argumenten en bewaakt samen de kwaliteit van ieder project. - Uitwerken van modellen en bouwkundige detailleringen in Revit - Opstellen van vergunningsaanvragen en splitsingstekeningen - Verzorgen van tekenwerk van schetsontwerp tot uitvoeringsniveau - Uitvoeren van 3D-scans en NEN 2580-metingen op locatie - Beheren van Revit-families, IFC-uitwisseling, BIM/ILS en revisies Functie-eisen Je hebt oog voor detail, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere opdrachten naast elkaar lopen. Met doorzettingsvermogen werk je een model zorgvuldig af en zoek je actief naar verbeteringen.
