Als Tekenaar/Modelleur werk je mee aan bedrijfshuisvesting die vanaf de eerste schets tot en met de oplevering klopt. Je krijgt ruimte om nauwkeurig te werken, mee te denken en zichtbaar resultaat neer te zetten in elk project. In deze rol werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen nieuwbouw, verbouw en renovatie. Je schakelt met meerdere betrokkenen en zorgt dat ontwerpen technisch goed uitvoerbaar worden uitgewerkt. - 3D-modelleren en uitwerken in Revit - Afstemmen met architect, constructeur en aannemer - Uitwerken van VO, DO, TO, UO en werktekeningen/bestek - Maken van bouwkundige detailleringen en productietekeningen - Bewaak kwaliteit, planning en technische haalbaarheid Functie-eisen Je hebt al een eerste basis opgebouwd als tekenaar of modelleur en bent toe aan een volgende stap waarin je verder kunt groeien. Je werkt zorgvuldig, denkt vooruit en weet met creativiteit en initiatief tot sterke oplossingen te komen. Daarbij voel je je prettig in een omgeving waar duidelijke afspraken en kwaliteit belangrijk zijn. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als tekenaar/modelleur of in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring met Revit is vereist - MBO- of HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur in bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht in technische uitwerkingen - Je kunt goed samenwerken en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende partijen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar heldere afspraken, vakmanschap en resultaat centraal staan.
