In nauwe samenwerking met de Commercial Manager werk je aan het succesvol binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten. Je coördineert de commerciële, strategische en risico gerelateerde aspecten van tenders. Daarbij houd je rekening met de doelstellingen van de organisatie en waarborg je de naleving van budgetten, planningen en veiligheidsnormen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden : - Samenwerken met de Commercial Manager om de tenderstrategie af te stemmen op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen; - Het opstellen en indienen van hoogwaardige, concurrerende offertes; - Ontwikkelen van strategieën ter optimalisatie van tenderprocessen; - Verzamelen van technische, plannings- en financiële informatie vanuit interne afdelingen; - Nauwkeurig opstellen van kostencalculaties; - Overleggen met de afdeling Inkoop voor het aanvragen en beoordelen van prijzen en specificaties van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Opstellen en ondersteunen van klantgerichte tenders; - Continu verbeteren van reken- en analysetools voor meer nauwkeurigheid; - Assisteren bij het verwerken van meer- en minderwerk; - Zorgen voor een soepele overdracht van tenderdocumentatie aan het project team. Je beschikt over: - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals Werktuigbouwkunde; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving; - Ervari...
