Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je coördineert het Tenderproces en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de diverse divisies : sales, backoffice en de afdeling QESH. Je stelt een tenderteam samen op basis van de uitvraag van de opdrachtgever; - Je speurt naar aanbestedingen en bouwprojecten via diverse kanalen in de Benelux en Duitsland en zorgt ervoor dat Collé steeds mee in de wedstrijd zit; - Je weet de klantvraag (RFP) op een creatieve en overtuigende manier te vertalen naar oplossingen, die gedragen worden door de diverse divisies, afdelingen en tenderteam. Je weet deze in een offerte te verwerken; - Je identificeert en adviseert uit de leveringsvoorwaarde; - Je werkt het voorstel volledig uit met je collega's op een onderscheidende manier waardoor de klant steeds voor Collé zal kiezen; - Je volgt nauwgezet het tendertraject op en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant indien er vragen zijn of als zaken moeten worden toegelicht. Uiteraard betrekt je daar de juiste persoon bij uit het tenderteam; - Je rapporteert regelmatig over de ontwikkelingen omtrent de lopende trajecten aan je leidinggevende; - Indien een tender gegund wordt dan draag je het aanbestedingsdossier en de eventuele contracten over aan de juiste divisies, projectleiders en houdt vinger aan de pols zodat de juiste contacten en acties worden gelegd en geregeld. - Je informeert de accountmanagers over bouwprojecten welke gegund zijn aan potentiël...
