Jouw #1 doel is zorgen dat we via aanbestedingen impactvolle dienstverlening en projecten winnen en mogen uitvoeren in opdracht van gemeenten. Dit ga je doen - 40% Tendermanagement - Begeleiden van tendertrajecten van A tot Z met als doel een winnende inschrijving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bid/no bid beslissingen, het stellen van vragen, afstemming over de projectbegroting en indienprijs, het op tijd indienen van tenders, voor een strakke overdracht na een eventuele win. - 40% Schrijver - Ontwikkelen van overtuigende teksten en positioneringen die leiden tot een hoge kwaliteitsscore. Hiertoe breng je externe inspiratie de organisatie in en stem je af met andere teams. Schrijven is binnen de rol van tendermanager een kernproces waar jij een actieve rol in hebt. Op termijn ga je aan de slag met reviewen van teksten. - 20% Strategie en innovatie - Actief meewerken aan het creëren van nieuwe proposities en diensten. Je identificeert kansen en schakelt met andere teams en externen. Dit worden je nieuwe collega's Je werkt samen met collega's Loes, Rik, Titus en Louise in wat wij noemen de 'Tenderdome'. Gedurende het schrijfproces drinken we filterkoffie en eten we zoute drop. Het winnen van een aanbesteding is wat ons betreft echt een team effort!
