Dan is deze baan als Terreinbeheerder iets voor jou! In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat het buitenterrein overzichtelijk, veilig en netjes blijft. Op het terrein liggen grote betonnen vloerdelen opgeslagen die klaarstaan om naar bouwprojecten vervoerd te worden. Denk aan ribbenvloeren, kanaalplaten en geïsoleerde kanaalplaten. Jij houdt goed in de gaten waar de verschillende producten staan en zorgt ervoor dat vrachtwagens snel geholpen kunnen worden. Je bent dus veel buiten te vinden en hebt een belangrijke rol tussen de productie, opslag en het transport. Wat ga je doen als Terreinbeheerder? - Zorgen dat betonnen elementen op de juiste plek worden opgeslagen - Het terrein netjes, veilig en overzichtelijk houden - Controleren welke producten klaarstaan voor transport - Chauffeurs ontvangen en naar de juiste laadplaats sturen - Helpen bij het laden en verplaatsen van betonnen elementen - Overleggen met productie, planning en transport - Controleren of het terrein en de opslag veilig gebruikt worden - Signaleren wanneer iets niet klopt en dit direct oplossen of doorgeven Jouw nieuwe werkplek Als Terreinbeheerder ga je werken bij een productiebedrijf in Tiel dat grote betonnen vloerelementen maakt voor de bouw. In de fabriek worden onder andere ribbenvloeren, kanaalplaten en geïsoleerde kanaalplaten geproduceerd. Na de productie worden deze elementen op het buitenterrein opgeslagen totdat ze naar een bouwproject worden vervoerd. Op het terrein gebeurt dus de hele dag van alles. Vrachtwagens komen en gaan, producten worden verplaatst en nieuwe betonelem...
