Bij een technisch advies- en engineeringorganisatie werk je aan de kwaliteit van software en hardware voor de hightech- en productiesector. Als Test Engineer Industriële Automatisering doorgrond je de systeemarchitectuur en vertaal je die naar een gestructureerde testaanpak. Je werkt aan integrale projecten in regio Utrecht en regio Eindhoven, waarbij je testplannen en testspecificaties opstelt en de werking van besturingssoftware toetst. Kennis van PLC-systemen zoals ABB of Siemens helpt je om systeemgedrag en afwijkingen te beoordelen. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met andere testers en ondersteun je elkaar bij technische vraagstukken. Je kijkt niet alleen naar afzonderlijke softwarefuncties, maar ook naar de samenhang tussen software, hardware en het ontwikkelproces. Binnen het vakgebied kom je testautomatisering, CI/CD, virtuele testomgevingen, Model Driven Engineering en digital twins tegen. Met trainingen en opleidingen kun je je testkennis verdiepen en nieuwe technieken leren toepassen. Functie-inhoud - Software- en hardwarearchitecturen analyseren als basis voor een gestructureerde testaanpak - Testplannen en testspecificaties opstellen voor industriële besturingssystemen - Softwaretests uitvoeren en resultaten toetsen aan de verwachte systeemwerking - Afwijkingen analyseren en bevindingen helder vastleggen voor het ontwikkelteam - Bijdragen aan testautomatisering en de inzet van virtuele testomgevingen - Samenwerken met andere testers en technische ondersteuning bieden binnen projecten Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in besturingstechniek, elektrotechniek, informatica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-systemen zoals ABB of Siemens - Een TMAP- of ISTQB Foundation-certificering - Ervaring met het opstellen van testplannen en testspecificaties - Analytisch denkvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak van technische vraagstukken - Affiniteit met MATLAB en/of Simulink Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indica.
