Over The Member Company Wij zijn een internationaal hightech consultancybureau met een team van ondernemende ingenieurs, wetenschappers en digitale experts van over de hele wereld. We bieden consultancydiensten aan onze toonaangevende klanten in diverse servicegebieden zoals: U zou verantwoordelijk zijn voor het garanderen van de kwaliteit van de deliverables, het sturen en coördineren van de testactiviteiten, het opvolgen van anomalieën en het bijdragen aan beslissingen over productieoplevering. U werkt nauw samen met IT-teams, business-teams en verschillende belanghebbenden, in een agile en transversaal milieu, zonder hiërarchische managementverantwoordelijkheden. Wat we van jou verwachten Minimum 6 jaar ervaring in testen, waarvan 3 jaar in Test Management en 3 jaar in testanalyse of testuitvoering. Goede beheersing van testmethodologieën (ISTQB, TMAP) en agile werkwijzen. Ervaring in het leiden van testcampagnes, beheer van afwijkingen en opvolging van kwaliteitsindicatoren (KPI's). Kennis van testtools: Jira, Xray, Postman, Swagger, Playwright. Goede kennis van testautomatisering, CI/CD en implementatiepijplijnen. Bekwaamheid om cross-functionele teams te coördineren en samen te werken met technische en zakelijke gesprekspartners. Transversaal leiderschap, nauwkeurigheid, organisatie, analytisch vermogen en synthesevaardigheid. Bekwaamheid om risico's te identificeren, waarschuwingen te geven en effectief te communiceren. Ervaring in complexe en multi-team omgevingen. Beheersing van het Frans en professioneel Engels. Kennis van het ecosysteem en tools voor kunstmatige intelligentie is een pluspunt.
