Je werkt aan uitdagende opdrachten bij toonaangevende organisaties in de publieke en private sector en tilt testprocessen naar een hoger niveau: van strategie tot succesvolle oplevering. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze practice en help je het testvak inhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen. - Uren: 32-40 - Werkplek: Utrecht, Flexwerken, Klantlocatie - Ervaring: Senior, 5+ jaar ervaring Jouw mogelijkheden als Test Manager bij Capgemini Als Test Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het neerzetten en bewaken van kwaliteit binnen projecten en programma's. Je zorgt ervoor dat testing geen sluitpost is, maar een integraal onderdeel van delivery. Jij creëert overzicht, brengt structuur en zorgt dat teams gericht leveren op kwaliteit. Je bent onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen en implementeren van teststrategieën en testaanpak; - Aansturen en begeleiden van testteams en stakeholders; - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's en afhankelijkheden; - Coördineren van testactiviteiten binnen Agile, DevOps en/of waterval omgevingen; - Rapporteren over kwaliteit en testvoortgang naar stakeholders; - Adviseren van klanten over kwaliteitsborging en procesverbetering; - Afstemmen met stakeholders over scope, planning en kwaliteit. Je thuisbasis bij Capgemini Als consultant werk je bij verschillende klanten, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je thuisbasis is onze Testing practice. Hier werk je samen met een sterke community variërend van testers en automation specialisten tot test leads en quality architects. We delen kennis, dagen elkaar uit en helpen elkaar groeien.
