Als Testveld Engineer bepaal je aan de hand van tekeningen, schema's en specificaties, testprocedures en geldende normen of een product technisch goed functioneert en aan de gestelde eisen voldoet. Je signaleert afwijkingen, onderzoekt de oorzaak en stemt een passende oplossing af met de betrokken collega's. Bij rotating equipment bestaan je werkzaamheden onder andere uit; - Beoordelen van elektromotoren, generatoren, pompen en ander rotating equipment volgens specificatie/eisen; - Voorbereiden en elektrisch aansluiten van equipment voor testruns; - Uitvoeren van elektrische en mechanische controles en metingen; - Meten en analyseren van onder ander trillingen, geluid en opgenomen vermogen; - Beoordelen van meetresultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Vastleggen van bevindingen in duidelijke en herleidbare testrapporten; - Adviseren van werkvoorbereiders en monteurs over de benodigde werkzaamheden. Bij drive panelen houd je je onder andere bezig met; - Controleren van gebouwde panelen en installaties aan de hand van tekeningen, schema's, stuklijsten en klantspecificaties/ eisen; - Uitvoeren van visuele inspecties, elektrische metingen en functionele tests; - Instellen en controleren van componenten en meetapparatuur; - Stimuleren van bedrijfs-, alarm- en storingssituaties; - Uitvoeren van continuïteits-, isolatie- en (waar van toepassing) hoogspanningstesten; - Vastleggen van testresultaten en vrijgeven van producten volgens de afgesproken procedure.
