Als Veilig Thuis Medewerker werk je samen met gezinnen en help je hen om sterker in het leven te staan. Je maakt dus echt impact. Jouw ervaring met complexe problematiek en onveilige gezinssituaties (en de gevolgen daarvan), zorgt ervoor dat je als geen ander de behoeften en benodigdheden voor een kind, oudere of andere betrokkenen kan verhelderen. Wat ga je zoal doen? - Analyseren van de zorgmelding; - Het zo goed mogelijk in kaart brengen van de situatie; - Contact leggen en onderhouden met alle betrokkenen rondom de casus; - Op huisbezoek gaan. Natuurlijk ga je tot het uiterste om zo tot de best mogelijke voorwaarden en oplossingen te komen voor alle betrokkenen. Je bent als Veilig Thuis Medewerker geen hulpverlener, maar je doet onderzoek en schat in welke hulp er moet worden ingeschakeld. Jij werkt vanuit de verbinding en sluit aan bij het gezin voor directe en structurele veiligheid. Functie-eisen Er is niemand zoals jij, dat maakt juist dat we verder komen, samen. Naast jouw unieke achtergrond breng je mee: - Een HBO diploma op het gebied van jeugdzorg, bijvoorbeeld Social Work of Pedagogiek; - Minstens 1 jaar ervaring binnen de jeugdhulp (met de voorkeur voor een Veilig Thuis organisatie); - Een geldige SKJ-registratie; - Ervaring met complexe problematiek en onveilige gezinssituaties en de gevolgen daarvan. Denk aan ouderen- en kindermishandeling, huiselijk geweld, verslaving, agressie, complexe echtscheidingen en mensen met een verstandelijke beperking of GGZ problemat...
