Onze klant is een groeiend technisch bedrijf actief in machinebouw en industriële automatisering. Het bedrijf realiseert uiteenlopende machines en installaties op maat, van afzonderlijke transportsystemen tot volledige productielijnen.

Heb jij ervaring met TIG-lassen en krijg je voldoening van een las die technisch én visueel perfect zit?

Werk je graag nauwkeurig, lees je vlot technische plannen en vind je het interessant om mee te bouwen aan machines en technische installaties?

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde TIG-lasser om het productieteam te versterken.

Na een grondige inwerkperiode in de werkplaats ga je aan de slag binnen de productieafdeling. Je werkt mee aan verschillende constructies en onderdelen en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel met de nodige precisie wordt afgewerkt.

Je zorgt ervoor dat laswerken nauwkeurig en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd.

Je:

  • Last onderdelen en constructies nauwkeurig met TIG aan de hand van technische plannen
  • Bereidt laswerken voor en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen correct worden samengesteld en uitgelijnd
  • Leest en interpreteert technische plannen om je werk correct uit te voeren
  • Controleert je eigen laswerk en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde lassen
  • Werkt met verschillende handgereedschappen en gebruikt deze op een veilige en correcte manier
  • Voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat afgewerkte constructies voldoen aan de vooropgestelde normen
  • Detecteert en meldt afwijkingen of problemen tijdens het werk
  • Overlegt met collega's en de productieverantwoordelijke over de voortgang en eventuele technische aandachtspunten
  • Houdt je werkplek netjes, georganiseerd en veilig
  • Denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiënter productieproces

Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om je technische kennis en laservaring volledig te benutten en mee te werken aan een concreet eindproduct.

Je bent iemand die nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit. Je weet dat goed TIG-laswerk niet alleen sterk moet zijn, maar ook staat of valt met precisie en afwerking.

Je:

  • Beschikt bij voorkeur over een technisch diploma of hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische sector
  • Hebt ervaring met TIG-lassen en kent de belangrijkste verbindingstechnieken
  • Kunt technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en wilt kwalitatief werk afleveren
  • Werkt veilig en respecteert de geldende veiligheidsinstructies
  • Bent flexibel naar werkuren toe: je werkt in een dagregime, maar de functie volgt niet noodzakelijk een klassiek 9-tot-5-uurrooster
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B
