Vacature: TIG / Orbitaal Lasser (High-Tech Industrie) Onze opdrachtgever ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige slangen en slangassemblages voor sectoren waar kwaliteit, reproduceerbaarheid en zuiverheid cruciaal zijn. De productieomgeving kenmerkt zich door een hoge mate van automatisering en innovatie, met inzet van onder andere lasrobots, cobots, lasers, 3D-printtechnologie en orbitale lasprocessen. Als (Orbitaal) Lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van prototypes en first article productieruns. Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering om nieuwe ontwerpen te beoordelen op maakbaarheid en lasbaarheid. Vanuit jouw expertise lever je directe input op zowel productontwerp als procesoptimalisatie. Je werkzaamheden vinden grotendeels plaats binnen een cleanroom-omgeving, waar precisie en procesbeheersing essentieel zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van hoogwaardige TIG- en orbitale laswerkzaamheden - Produceren van prototypes en eerste series volgens specificatie - Beoordelen van technische tekeningen en vertaalslag maken naar productie - Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van verbeteringen in proces en ontwerp - Samenwerken met Engineering en Quality om tot optimale resultaten te komen - Werken binnen een gecontroleerde (clean manufacturing) omgeving Wat breng je mee? - Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting - Aantoonbare ervaring als orbitaal lasser - Ruime ervaring met TIG-lassen (RVS / fijnmechanisch werk is een pré) - Sterk technisch inzicht en ervaring met het lezen van complexe tekeningen - Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkhouding met focus op kwaliteit - Ervaring in een ...
