Voor een groeiende organisatie gelegen in Sint-Martens-Latem zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant voor een tijdelijke opdracht. Je komt terecht in een financieel team waar je mee instaat voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de dagelijkse boekhouding.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande leveranciersposten en betalingsverplichtingen
  • Inboeken en controleren van banktransacties
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van betalingen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de algemene financiële mailbox
  • Behandeling van betalingsherinneringen en leveranciersvragen
  • Aanmaken en actualiseren van leveranciersgegevens
  • Verwerken van onkostennota's
  • Controleren van boekingen die automatisch vanuit andere processen worden gegenereerd
  • Uitvoeren van diverse boekhoudkundige registraties en administratieve formaliteiten
  • Ondersteunen van het finance team bij ad-hoc werkzaamheden

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een opleiding boekhouding, accountancy, financiële administratie of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en een goede basis in boekhouding
  • Ervaring met Business Central is een must voor deze opdracht
  • Je kunt vlot werken met Excel
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's
  • Je pikt nieuwe processen en systemen snel op
