Ben jij een timmerman die houdt van afwisseling, renovatieprojecten voor de lange termijn en een stabiele werkgever met weinig verloop? Voor een prachtig bouwbedrijf in de regio IJmuiden zoeken wij een Timmerman 1 of 2. Je gaat aan de slag met de renovatie van woningen voor woningcorporaties. Geen haastklussen, want de projecten waar je op staat duren gemiddeld wel 2 tot 3 jaar!

Wie ben jij Jij bent een betrouwbare timmerman die secuur te werk gaat en houdt van de renovatiebouw.

- Je hebt een afgeronde bouwopleiding en/of relevante ervaring als timmerman. 🧰 - Je spreekt goed Nederlands (belangrijk voor de veiligheid en overleg op de bouw). 🇳🇱 - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-certificaat (of wil deze snel via ons halen). 👍 - Je hebt een flexibele, positieve instelling en houdt van aanpakken. 💪

Wat ga je doen Je gaat aan de slag met grootschalige renovatieprojecten van woningen. Omdat de bewoners tijdens de verbouwing tijdelijk uit huis zijn, kun jij samen met je collega's lekker doorwerken!

- Uitvoeren van alle voorkomende timmerwerkzaamheden bij woningrenovaties. 🛠️ - Vervangen van kozijnen, deuren, keukens of het herstellen van houtrot. 🪵 - Samenwerken in een gezellig team (met twee vast ingeplande pauzes voor een bakkie en een grapje). ☕ - Zorgen voor een topkwaliteit oplevering waar de woningcorporatie blij van wordt! ✨
