Je regelt de laatste afwerking in de huurwoningen en zorgt ervoor dat aller er piekfijn uit ziet voor de bewoners. Over de functie Als timmerman in het vastgoedonderhoud ga je samen met je collega op pad om diverse onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren in woningen van de woningstichting. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de laatste afwerking van de woning, zoals: - Het plaatsen van glas. - Het kitten en afdichten van ramen. - Het afhangen van deuren en ramen. Er is afwisseling genoeg in jouw nieuwe baan. En reken er maar op dat er ook lol wordt getrapt! Je werkt bij een vastgoedonderhoudsbedrijf in Friesland, dat bekend staat om de nuchtere en gezellige werksfeer. Bij jouw werkgever is alles tot in de puntjes geregeld.
