Je houdt niet van prefab, nieuwbouw of bouwpakketten, maar wil echt timmeren. Zodra je de drempel van een huurwoning overstapt weet je het zeker: hier kan ik mijn ei kwijt. Over de functie Als timmerman bij de woningstichting moet je je mannetje staan. Je komt woningen tegen die schots, scheef, oud en verzakt zijn. Aan jou de taak om deze woningen bewoonbaar te maken voor de volgende bewoner. - Timmerwerk: inspecteren, repareren en vervangen van deuren, balustrades, vlieringen, wandplaten, kozijnen en verdiepingsvloeren. - Maatwerk: plaatsen van keukenblokken, scheidingswanden, gipsplaten en bergingen. - Afwerking: vervangen van sloten en scharnieren, monteren van trapleuningen en plaatsen van plinten. Je krijgt Bpf bouwpensioen, 20-adv dagen, 25 vakantiedagen, vakantiegeld en alle overige voorwaarden waar je recht op hebt. - Je komt te werken bij een TOP werkgever, gespecialiseerd in afwisselend vastgoedonderhoudswerk. Wij vragen - Ervaring. Geen woning is voor jou schots en scheef genoeg om op te knappen. - Je hebt je ervaring opgedaan als timmerman, mutatietimmerman, onderhoudstimmerman, servicetimmerman of als eigenaar van je eigen klussenbedrijf. - Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar timmermannen die in loondienst willen werke...
