Soms heeft een huurder twee jaar in de woning gewoond, soms 20 jaar. Dit vind je mooi, want van schots en scheef gaat jouw hart sneller kloppen! Dit maakt jouw baan afwisselend: - Je vervangt een slot, herstelt een gipsplafond of plaatst een nieuwe plint. - Als de woning langer bewoond is geweest, vervang je een kozijn, plaats je een wand en knap je de hele woning op. In de provincie Drenthe is jouw werkgever gespecialiseerd in service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij de woningbouwverenigingen. Een bewuste keuze. Geen gure nieuwbouwputten, maar het mooie werk. Wij bieden - Een nieuwe baan, frisse energie en een goede werksfeer. - Salaris volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, kan je salaris oplopen tot €4.000,00 bruto per maand. - Verder ontvang je 45 vrije dagen per jaar en Bpf/Cordares bouwpensioen. - Je krijgt een volledig ingerichte bus, werkkleding, gereedschap en een tablet.
