Je zorgt ervoor dat woningen goed worden onderhouden, vakkundig worden hersteld en klaar zijn voor de volgende bewoner. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Repareren en vernieuwen van deuren, kozijnen vloeren en wanden; - Monteren en plaatsen van keukens, kasten en andere interieuronderdelen; - Verrichten van verschillende timmerwerkzaamheden op maat; - Herstellen van houtrot en oplossen van overige beschadigingen en gebreken; - Werken volgens bouwtekeningen Wat wij bieden - Salaris vanaf €4.000 per 4 weken; - Tijd Spaarfonds; netto vakantiegeld; - BPF Bouw pensioen; - Duurzame inzetbaarheid 4,51%; - Een bus van de zaak; - 48 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Opleidingsbudget van €1.000 per jaar; - Bij goed functioneren een vast contract; - Spaarprogramma, per gewerkt uur punten sparen voor beloningen.
