Votre mission

Au sein de l’atelier de tissage vous assurez le bon fonctionnement et le suivi de plusieurs métiers à tisser.

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Piloter et surveiller plusieurs métiers à tisser, pouvant aller jusqu’à 30 machines par bloc.
  • Contrôler attentivement le déroulement du processus de tissage.
  • Vérifier régulièrement la qualité des produits fabriqués.
  • Effectuer les réglages et ajustements nécessaires afin de garantir une production conforme.
  • Réaliser les différents contrôles qualité et intervenir rapidement en cas de problème ou d’anomalie.
  • Manipuler et déplacer des bobines de fil, avec un poids pouvant atteindre environ 14 kg.
  • Assurer le suivi de votre production avec rigueur et autonomie.

Vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons si :

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en tant que tisserand(e).
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le suivi de plusieurs machines simultanément.
  • Une expérience avec le tissage Jacquard ou sur des métiers Picanol / Dornier à lances constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, autonome et responsable.
  • Vous avez le souci du travail bien fait et de la qualité.
  • Vous êtes capable de réagir rapidement en cas d’anomalie.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec la manutention régulière de bobines.
