Voor de vacature ervaren toezichthouder zoeken we iemand die de kwaliteit van de bouw bewaakt tijdens het bouwproces. Dit kan een nieuwbouwproject zijn of de renovatie van een bestaand pand. Als toezichthouder houd je toezicht op de te verrichten werkzaamheden, bewaak je de planning, leg je de voortgang vast en zorg je dat de contractafspraken worden nagekomen. Dit alles met het doel dat het bouwwerk wordt opgeleverd volgens de gemaakte afspraken tussen opdrachtgever en aannemer. Wat vragen we: Een succesvol afgeronde MBO opleiding richting Bouwkunde; Aantoonbare ervaring met nieuwbouw en verbouw van complexe utiliteitsgebouwen; Motivatie en plezier om kennis en kunde in te zetten op de bouw; Gevoel met samenwerken met de diverse partijen in voorbereiding en uitvoering; Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring; Een goed gevoel voor humor en gezelligheid! Met jouw relevante opleiding en werkervaring heb je inzicht in het bouwproces. Hierdoor ben je in staat de realisatie van het bouwwerk proactief te leiden. Je sorteert voor op de verschillende fasen binnen het bouwproces en plannings- en werkinhoudelijke problemen los je in overleg met de directievoerder of projectmanager op. Toezicht houden tijdens de bouw en bijsturen daar waar nodig; Bewaken van de gemaakte afspraken; Bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen; Contact onderhouden met alle betrokken partijen; Vastleggen van de juiste informatie in Ed Controls.

Ervaren toezichthouder bouw (m/v) Toonaangevend in de bouwbegeleiding van bouwprojecten door heel Nederland. Dat doen we al vanaf 1991 en met succes. Dit blijkt onder meer uit onze hoge klanttevredenheidsscores, de complexe projecten en uitdagingen waarvoor we worden ingezet voor veel vaste opdrachtgevers. Zoals blijkt uit de referentieprojecten op onze website zijn we betrokken bij veel prestigieuze en complexe projecten in Nederland waaronder ziekenhuizen, winkelcentra en hoogwaardige publieksgebouwen, maar ook monumenten en woningbouwprojecten, zowel in nieuwbouw, verbouw als op het gebied van beheer en onderhoud.
