Als Toezichthouder Civiele Projecten houd je toezicht op civieltechnische werkzaamheden. De nadruk ligt op riolering, wegonderhoud en bouw- en woonrijp maken. Je bewaakt kwalit Vacaturenr. V-20069230 - Kerkdriel - Bouwkunde & Civiele Techniek - MBO - Detachering via YER De positie Als Toezichthouder Civiele Projecten ben je veel buiten te vinden. Je houdt toezicht op infrastructurele projecten in de openbare ruimte, met de nadruk op rioolvervanging, woonrijp maken en wegonderhoud. Je zorgt ervoor dat aannemers hun werk uitvoeren volgens planning, afspraken en kwaliteitseisen. Daarnaast ben je de ogen en oren van de gemeente bij nieuwbouwprojecten van externe partijen met betrekking tot bouw- en woonrijpmaken van de openbare ruimte. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, directievoerders, beheerders, aannemers en bewoners. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag controleer je de voortgang van een rioolproject, de andere dag begeleid je de inrichting van een nieuwe woonwijk. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Dagelijks toezicht houden op de uitvoering van civieltechnische projecten; - Controleren of aannemers werkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens contract, planning en kwaliteitseisen (veelal RAW-bestekken); - Toezien op een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden; - Samen met de directievoerder/projectleider bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en financiën; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor inwoners, bedrijven en aannemers tijdens de uitvoering; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en zorgen voor passende oplossingen, zo nodig in overleg met beheerders en de projectleider; - Adviseren tijdens de voorbereiding van projecten door ontwerpen en bestekken te beoordelen op uitvoerbaarheid.
