Toezichthouder civiel Veenendaal | MBO | Start: 2 november 2026 Over de opdracht Voor het team Beheer van de gemeente Veenendaal zoeken wij een ervaren Toezichthouder Civiele Techniek. In deze rol houd je toezicht op civiel- en cultuurtechnische werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte, vooral rondom de nieuwbouwontwikkeling Veenendaal Oost. Je controleert de kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid van de werkzaamheden van aannemers en nutsbedrijven, en zorgt voor een juiste administratieve vastlegging. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op locatie voor betrokken partijen en stemt af met projectleiders en stakeholders. De werkzaamheden maken onderdeel uit van de reguliere bedrijfsvoering en worden binnen de organisatie uitgevoerd. Jouw profiel Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een afgeronde civieltechnische opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 4 en minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als toezichthouder civiele techniek. Ervaring met de aanleg van nieuwe woonwijken, bouw- en woonrijp maken van grond en reconstructies in stedelijk gebied is vereist. Daarnaast is ervaring met administratieve vastlegging van civieltechnische projecten belangrijk. Harde eisen: - Aantoonbare werkervaring met systemen VISI en Civiel - Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring als toezichthouder civiele techniek - Ervaring bij een gemeente - Werkervaring met groen in de openbare ruimte - Contact met bewoners en stakeholders Wensen: - Taakzelfstandigheid en daadkracht - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Proactieve werkhouding en gestructureerd werken - Oog voor belangen van stakeholders en opdrachtgevers Intresse?
