Over de functie Als Toezichthouder Cybersecurity Crypto ondersteun je de AFM bij het toezicht op cryptodienstverleners die onder de Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR) vallen. Je beoordeelt de digitale weerbaarheid van organisaties en ziet toe op de naleving van de Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Daarbij combineer je kennis van wet- en regelgeving met inzicht in IT-risicobeheersing, cybersecurity en de technische werking van cryptodiensten. Je opereert in een dynamische en snel ontwikkelende markt waarin innovatie, toezicht en maatschappelijke impact samenkomen. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Beoordelen van IT-aspecten binnen MiCAR-vergunningsaanvragen. - (Europese) onderzoeken naar de IT-risicobeheersing van cryptodienstverleners met een MiCAR-vergunning. - Analyseren van IT-risicomanagementprocessen, cybersecuritymaatregelen en operationele weerbaarheid en bepalen van benodigde vervolgacties. - Het analyseren van IT-incidenten, weerbaarheidstesten en uitbestedingsrisico's. - Contact onderhouden met interne en externe stakeholders over risico's, bevindingen en toezichtmaatregelen. Afdeling en Team Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het toezicht op operationele IT en werkt zeer nauw samen met team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het toezicht op cryptodienstverlening. Binnen deze snel ontwikkelende toezichtdomeinen werk je samen met specialisten op het gebied van toezicht, crypto , cybersecurity en wet- en regelgeving om bij te dragen aan een weerbare en integere financiële sector.
