Hun prestaties zijn indrukwekkend, wat blijkt uit de hoge klanttevredenheidsscores en de complexe projecten en uitdagingen waarvoor ze telkens weer door hun vaste opdrachtgevers worden geselecteerd.

Als je hun referentieprojecten op de website bekijkt, zie je dat BBC Bouwmanagement meespeelt in de eredivisie van prestigieuze en complexe projecten in Nederland. Ze zijn betrokken bij ziekenhuizen, winkelcentra, hoogwaardige publieksgebouwen, monumenten en woningbouwprojecten. Hun expertise strekt zich uit over nieuwbouw, verbouw, renovatie/restauratie en beheer en onderhoud. Nu zoeken ze naar een nieuwe sterspeler om hun team te versterken.

Op de positie als Toezichthouder bewaak je de kwaliteit van de bouw tijdens het bouwproces, als een scheidsrechter die waakt over de naleving van de spelregels. Je houdt toezicht op de uit te voeren werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning, legt de voortgang vast en zorgt ervoor dat de contractafspraken worden nagekomen. Dit alles met het doel om het bouwproject op te leveren volgens de gemaakte afspraken tussen opdrachtgever en aannemer, alsof je een perfecte wedstrijd tot een succesvol einde brengt.

Concreet ga jij je bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden:

- Toezicht houden tijdens de bouw en bijsturen daar waar nodig met betrokken partijen;

- Bewaken van de gemaakte afspraken;

- Bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen;

- Contact onderhouden met alle betrokken partijen;

- Vastleggen/rapporteren van de juiste informatie in de daarbij behorende vastleggingstools.
