Let op: er zijn meerdere posities open in verschillende regio's. Als toezichthouder VP bij bouwkundige onderhoudsprojecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden door (onder-)aannemers. Je zorgt dat installaties volgens het werkplan van de werkverantwoordelijke (WV) veilig worden uitgevoerd en fungeert als de ogen en oren van de uitvoerder op de werkvloer. Hierbij stel je je handhavend, maar niet autoritair op en communiceer je effectief bij veiligheidsissues. Je voert daarnaast praktische werkzaamheden uit waar mogelijk, zoals sloten vervangen, hekwerken repareren en bouwkundige reparaties in en om stations. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop, terwijl de kwaliteit van het werk bij de aannemers ligt. Functie eisen: Wat breng je mee: - Een afgerond mbo 2-diploma elektrotechniek middenspanning of hoogspanning. - Certificaten VCA, kleine blusmiddelen & levensreddend handelen of bereid deze te behalen. - VP/AVP certificaat en aanwijzing volgens BEI BHS (LNB)/transport en BEI BLS, VOP-G ass. certificaat volgens VIAG of bereid deze te behalen. - Praktijkervaring in het vak en brede interesse in bouwkundige werkzaamheden. - Visie op veiligheid, kalm en overtuigend in handhaving. - Leergierige en flexibele vaardigheden. - Een goede beheersing va...
