Werk je graag in de techniek en zorg jij ervoor dat alles vóór productie goed geregeld is? In deze rol als tooling / werkvoorbereider zorg jij dat de werkplaats zonder problemen kan doordraaien. Jij regelt de juiste tools, denkt mee over het proces en schakelt met collega's en leveranciers.

Waar ga je aan de slag?

Je komt te werken bij een technisch productiebedrijf binnen de maakindustrie, gespecialiseerd in CNC-bewerkingen. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne machines in een nette en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. De organisatie bestaat al jarenlang en blijft investeren in techniek, automatisering en kwaliteit. De sfeer is nuchter en informeel, met korte lijnen en collega's die elkaar graag helpen.Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van het productieproces. Denk aan: • Voorbereiden van tooling en gereedschappen • Bepalen van bewerkingsstappen en kiezen van de juiste gereedschappen • Bewaken van planningen en meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces • Overleg met productie, werkvoorbereiding en leveranciers • Bestellen van gereedschappen In deze rol zorg jij dat alles klaarstaat zodat de productie soepel kan draaien. Je hebt veel contact met collega's op de werkvloer en schakelt ook met leveranciers.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• MBO niveau 3/4 richting verspaning, of ervaring waardoor je dit niveau hebt • Ervaring met CNC draaien en programmeren • Ervaring met CAD/CAM (bij voorkeur Esprit) is mooi meegenomen • Technisch inzicht en je werkt nauwkeurigWat bieden wij jou?
