Krijg je energie van een uitgebreide opleiding in verschillende winkels en werk je graag in een gevarieerd team, liefst dicht bij huis en met vlotte parkeermogelijkheden? Dan is dit zeker iets voor jou.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in slaapcomfort en beddengoed. In het assortiment vind je alles voor de slaapkamer: boxsprings, matrassen, bedden, lattenbodems, kussens, dekbedden, badjassen, nachtmode en meer. Het bedrijf is sterk groeiend, met momenteel een 28-tal winkels en een webshop.

Als slaapadviseur zal jouw dag er zo uitzien:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten op een warme en professionele manier in de showroom.
  • Je begeleidt hen bij hun keuze en geeft duidelijke uitleg over producten, materialen, afmetingen en prijzen.
  • Bij interesse werk je een offerte uit en verwerk je de bestelling meteen in het ERP-systeem, zodat je de klant correct kan informeren over de levering.
  • Je regelt voorschotten voor de klanten wanneer nodig en verzorgt de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je staat in voor een vlotte dienst na verkoop.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een verzorgde showroom: artikelen labelen, bedden opmaken en de winkel netjes houden.
  • Indien nodig spring je bij in andere filialen.

Tijdens de eerste 6 maanden krijg je een doorgedreven opleiding in verschillende winkels, zodat je het volledige aanbod en de werking grondig leert kennen.

  • Je hebt een rijbewijs en een eigen wagen, noodzakelijk om je vlot tussen de verschillende winkels te verplaatsen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, zodat je klanten correct kan adviseren en bestellingen nauwkeurig kan verwerken.
  • Je bent spontaan, energiek en toegankelijk, en weet zowel klanten als collega’s op een aangename manier te benaderen.
  • Je hecht belang aan een verzorgde en professionele uitstraling.
  • Je hebt al ervaring in een rol waarin je advies gaf en voelt je comfortabel bij het uitleggen van producten.
  • Weekendwerk is voor jou geen probleem: je werkt regelmatig op zaterdag (10u–18u) en op zondag een halve dag (14u–18u).
