Für unseren Standort in WELS suchen wir 1 Tourenleiter_in / Disponent_in DIENSTORT: Wels ARBEITSZEIT: 38,5 STD./WOCHE GEHALT: AB BRUTTO 33.100,-

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Planung, Koordinierung und Überwachung der täglichen 40 LKW-Touren

* Organisation von Fremdtransporten

* Sendungsverfolgung und Monitoring unserer Zustell-App

* Administrative Tätigkeiten (Erstellung von Transportdokumenten, Lademittelaufzeichnungen, Monatsabschluss, LKW-Kontrolle...)

* Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Fahrzeuge, Schulung der Fahrer:innen sowie Führung und Motivation des Fahrer:innenteams

* Kommunikation mit Fahrer:innen und internen Abteilungen

* Erfassung und Auswertung von Leistungsdaten (KPI's)

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Transport-, Zustell- und Dispositionsprozessen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Erfahrung im Bereich Spedition oder Transport ist von Vorteil, motivierte Quereinsteiger:innen sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Nacht- bzw. Schichtdienst

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

* SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert

* Führerschein der Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt; Klasse C ist ein Plus

* Ein gültiger Staplerschein rundet dein Profil ab

* Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität sowie eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
