In dit traineeship krijg je de kans om te ontdekken waar jouw talenten liggen en jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de utiliteitsbouw. Je combineert werken en leren, krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en doet praktijkervaring op in verschillende rollen, zoals werkvoorbereiding, engineering, calculatie, uitvoering of projectmanagement. Je werkt mee aan diverse bouwkundige projecten voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, zoals overheidsinstellingen, ziekenhuizen, musea en onderwijsinstellingen. Je draagt bij aan het verduurzamen, renoveren en aanpassen van gebouwen in complexe omgevingen. Vanaf het begin ben je onderdeel van een team, krijg je verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkel je zowel je bouwkundige kennis als je persoonlijke vaardigheden. Je volgt trainingen, leert van ervaren collega's en bouwt een netwerk op. Je hoeft nog niet precies te weten waar je toekomst ligt; nieuwsgierigheid en de wil om te leren zijn het belangrijkst.
