Jurgens & Partners Trainee Finance ( gesprekken gepland ) - / Trainee Finance ( gesprekken gepland ) Wat mag je van ons verwachten? Als Finance Trainee sta je aan het begin van je carrière. Wat je zoekt is een snelle start met veel inhoudelijke maar ook persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Jurgens-Partners biedt je dit door te zorgen dat je 'niet stilstaat maar kunt blijven rennen'. Opdrachten binnen verschillende sectoren en afwisseling qua inhoud én functie zijn de pijlers waarop wij jouw ontwikkeling mogelijk maken. Je kunt dus in korte tijd mooie stappen zetten in je professionele kennis én eigen ontwikkeling. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Een afgeronde HBO/WO studie, bij voorkeur een bedrijfseconomische/Accountancy opleiding; • Werk- en/of stage-ervaring in een accounting/controlling functie is een pré (max. 2 jaar); • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in de Nederlandse taal; • Je bent gedreven, leergierig, nuchter, proactief en beschikt over een goede dosis humor; • Je bent flexibel en hebt geen probleem met reizen; • Beschikbaarheid van 36-40 uur per week. Wat betekent deze functie concreet? Gedurende een jaar ga je vanuit Jurgens-Partners meerdere opdrachten vervullen bij onze opdrachtgevers. Hierbij moet je denken aan starten als binnen de Audit praktijk van een Big4 kantoor, als junior commercial controller bij een retailer of werken op de AO/IC afdeling bij een bank. Door het vervullen van verschillende opdrachten kun je jezelf in rap tempo ontwikkelen en ontdekken waar jouw finance hart sneller van gaat kloppen. Naast de diversiteit van opdrachten volg je samen met ander Jurgens-Partners trainees een traject voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
