Als trainee krijg je veel vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid. Jij bepaalt actief hoe je je ontwikkelt, welke kansen je pakt en waar je je talenten inzet. Hoe jouw groeipad er precies uitziet, hangt ook af van wat jij zelf graag wil, maar wij denken dat je in elk geval: - In periodes van 9 maanden tot 1 jaar werkt op verschillende afdelingen bij De Zeeuwse, bijvoorbeeld afdeling Financieel, Productmanagement, Communicatie of in de verzekeringsoperatie. - Meedraait in het team én zelfstandig opdrachten uitvoert die bijdragen aan organisatieontwikkeling. - Intensief werkt aan je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling met opleidingen, coaching en intervisie. Dit is je team: Je maakt onderdeel uit van een groep trainees binnen De Goudse. Daarnaast werk je op iedere afdeling samen met betrokken collega's in een informele organisatie met korte lijnen, waar professionaliteit en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.
