Geen eindeloze periode waarin je alleen maar meekijkt: je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en leert door te doen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld betrokken worden bij de voorbereiding van een project, meedenken over de uitvoering, werkzaamheden op locatie begeleiden of ondersteunen bij planning, calculatie en projectbeheersing. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist daardoor krijg je een breed beeld van het vak en ontwikkel je jezelf in hoog tempo. Wij helpen je groeien Iedere trainee heeft andere ambities. Daarom kijken we samen naar wat bij jou past. Je krijgt begeleiding van collega's die hun sporen in de civiele techniek hebben verdiend. Zij helpen je niet alleen bij je werkzaamheden, maar denken ook met je mee over de volgende stap in je ontwikkeling. Gedurende het traject krijg je de mogelijkheid om: - mee te werken aan uiteenlopende civiele projecten; - verschillende rollen en werkzaamheden te leren kennen; - vakgerichte cursussen en opleidingen te volgen; - verantwoordelijkheid op te bouwen naarmate je groeit; - te ontdekken welke richting binnen de sector bij jou past; - een netwerk op te bouwen binnen de organisatie en de branche. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Je hebt een mbo-, hbo- of wo-opleiding in Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbare richting afgerond, of je rondt deze binnenkort af. - Je hebt interesse in infrastructuur, bouw en de fysieke leefomgeving. - Je bent leergierig en neemt graag initiatief. - Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag. - Je bent communicatief vaardig en niet bang om vragen te stellen. - Je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen en ontdekken welke richting bi...
