Zo word wegwijs gemaakt in de wereld van de werkvoorbereiding, calculatie, uitvoering én projectbegeleiding. Wanneer het traject ten einde loopt weet je goed welke functie nou het beste bij jou past. Door de grootte van de organisatie kun je na je traineeship zelfs gaan kiezen op welke afdeling en welke vestiging je zou willen werken.
