Jazeker, ook dat is mogelijk. Belangrijk is dat je alles wilt weten over de geheimen van de ondergrondse infrawereld en dat je de juiste competenties hebt om deze uitdaging aan te gaan. Een traineeship bij Siers betekent volop uitdaging en verwondering. HOE ZIET DAT ERUIT? Als trainee krijg je in de eerste 8 weken (de ontdekkingsfase) alle vestigingen en afdelingen van Siers van dichtbij te zien. En dat zijn er nogal wat: gas, water, elektra, telecommunicatie, koude/warmte, duurzame energie zoals zonnepanelen of bidirectionele EV-laadpalen, installatietechniek, engineering, revisie, asset registratie. Voldoende keuze of misschien wel te veel? Geen probleem, we begeleiden je tot de eindstreep. Dat doen wij al tien jaar lang. Daarna volgt de verdiepingsfase waarin je 4 weken meeloopt bij één of twee afdelingen/vestigingen waar jouw voorkeur naar uitgaat. Jouw voorgangers zijn o.a. uitgestroomd in de volgende functies: werkvoorbereider, (junior) uitvoerder en project controller, om maar wat voorbeelden te noemen! Daarnaast krijg je begeleiding van een 'buddy'. Hij of zij kent de weg binnen Siers, kan je volop tips geven en is je redder in nood bij allerlei praktische vragen. "Je kansen komen vanzelf voorbij", zo vat een collega, die trainee begon, het samen. Zo werkt de dynamiek bij Siers! Zonder dat je het doorhebt, ben je aan het eind van het traject klaar voor een verantwoordelijke functie en draai je zelfstandig projecten.
