Tijdens een uitgebreid opleidingstraject word je voorbereid op een rol als Personal Banker. Je krijgt de kans om je financiële kennis verder uit te bouwen en te leren hoe je klanten professioneel begeleidt bij hun financiële en beleggingsvragen.

Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op, denkt mee met klanten en helpt hen bij het realiseren van hun financiële doelstellingen. Hierbij combineer je commercieel inzicht, een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en een sterke klantfocus.

Deze functie is ideaal voor kandidaten die energie halen uit klantencontact, adviesverlening en het opbouwen van vertrouwen op lange termijn.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Of je beschikt over maximaal 1 à 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in beleggen, investeren en financiële dienstverlening.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt een sterke klantfocus.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor een intensief opleidingstraject.
  • Je bent ambitieus en wil op lange termijn doorgroeien binnen de banksector.

Belangrijk: we zoeken geen puur analytische profielen, maar kandidaten die zich bewust willen ontwikkelen tot adviseur binnen Personal Banking en die enthousiast worden van het begeleiden van klanten.
